Nine years on and 2nd time round and still just as brilliant! Both children have been extremely happy here and the staff have genuinely loved them as if they were their own.

Welcome to Treetops Nursery

Treetops was established in 1986, offering a very high standard of care and education, providing fun and friendship within a secure, caring and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months – 5 years.
Due to our continuing commitment and dedication, we have established an excellent reputation of which our staff, children and parents / carers are extremely proud.
Our team of enthusiastic, highly qualified staff ensure that each child is given the care, attention, and support to enable them to reach their full potential. We believe in our children and encourage them to believe in themselves; to love and respect others and to grow into confident, caring individuals.
We value the close involvement of parents and carers in their child’s learning and understand that you and your child have individual needs and requirements – we aim to meet those needs.

Dear Families,
We are pleased to share some important information about our nursery places, funded hours and fees, effective from September 2025.
Government Funded Nursery Hours
From September 2025, we will be accepting the full Government-funded nursery hours.
Families may choose between term-time only places or year-round places.
- Term-time places
- 15 or 30 funded hours per week (depending on eligibility)
- Year-round places (stretched funding)
- 11 or 22 funded hours per week (depending on eligibility)
- Stretched funding allows funded hours to be used across the full year, helping to spread payments evenly and support family budgeting.
Funded hours can be used as full days or half-day sessions.
What’s Included in Our Fees
Our daily fees are fully inclusive. We do not charge extra for additional services or items.
There are:
- No registration fees
- No charges for meals
- No charges for specialist classes
- No charges for arts, crafts, or learning materials
- No charges for nappies and wipes (we kindly ask families to provide an adequate supply for their child)
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Morning session: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Afternoon session: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Fee Structure
Age 2 and under
- Full day (all meals included): £60
- Morning session with lunch: £30
- Afternoon session with tea: £30
- Full week: £290
- Additional hours: £6 per hour
Age 3 and over
- Full day (all meals included): £57
- Morning session with lunch: £30
- Afternoon session with tea: £30
- Full week: £275
- Additional hours: £5.70 per hour
Holidays and Absences
- One week per year at half-price fees is permitted for holidays.
- All other holidays and sickness absences are charged at the normal rate.
Payments
Fees must be paid at the start of the month, at the time of invoicing.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Tax-Free Childcare
- Bank transfer
- Government grant funding
- Nursery Voucher schemes
Data Protection (GDPR)
We are committed to protecting your family’s personal information. All personal data is stored securely and used only for purposes related to your child’s care, education, and our legal obligations. We never share your information without consent unless required by law. You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data in line with UK GDPR regulations.
